FAQ

Westminster Abbey receives no funding from the Crown, the Church, the State or the National Lottery. We never charge for people who wish to worship and rely almost entirely on paying visitors to meet the day-to-day running costs of maintaining this iconic world-renowned church.
Some areas of the Abbey are inaccessible to wheelchair users. As such, entry is permitted free of charge for wheelchair users. These tickets are available on the arrival at the Abbey.
Please use the North door entry point (on the North Green). This is marked on the map shown on your ticket.
Tickets are strictly capacity managed and once booked for a selected date they cannot be changed or refunded.

All Abbey tickets are single entry timed tickets and re-entry is not permitted.
All books and souvenirs must be collected upon arrival at ticket desks in the Abbey. Please ensure you have your tickets available to be scanned. Items cannot be collected from the shop.
